O acesso ao apartamento é permitido apenas para os hóspedes cadastrados.

Após o envio dos documentos de todos os hóspedes, pouco tempo antes do check-in será enviada uma senha programada de acesso a unidade.

Deverá ser enviado as fotos de frente e verso dos documentos (com foto) de todos os ocupantes para autorização do acesso ao imóvel, obrigatóriamente, devem ser enviados até às 20:30h antes do dia do check-in. Após este horário, caso os documentos não tenham sido enviados, conforme as instruções, o check-in não será efetivado.

Caso não seja respeitado o horário de check-out, haverá cobrança adcional de 1 diária.

O check-in só será liberado mediante a apresentação do documento de indentificação (com foto) de todos os hóspedes da reserva na portaria do prédio.
