A beach of transparent waters, practically deserted, and near freshwater rivers where you can swim that meet the sea. The house has views of the sea and the coconut trees. The ideal place for those who enjoy nature, tranquility and peace.

It is in the exclusive condominium "Outeiro das Brisas", near the famous Mirror Beach, in an area of ​​environmental preservation, between the charming cities of Trancoso and Caraíva

THE SPACE

The bungalow has double foyer, open kitchen and living room to the wooden deck, with lovely sea views, and three bedrooms with air conditioning.

All the furniture was purchased in local Antique shops made by craftsmen in rustic style. The bungalow is a few steps from the beach.

ACCOMMODATIONS

This bangalow has 3 rooms and 2 suites.

King Bed Suite - The very spacious master suite with a beautiful king size bed, bathroom with two sinks and two showers and views of the treetops and coconut trees.

Queen Bed Suite - The second spacious suite also has queen size queen bed and 2 twin beds.

Queen Bed Room - And the third bedroom is located on a mezzanine floor and has a queen size QUEEN bed and a bunk bed where 2 singles sleep.

AVAILABLE SERVICES

The bungalow offers a daily maid service, which can prepare breakfast and lunch (This employee cooks divinely and specializes in food typical of Bahian cuisine, with fish and fresh seafood), clean and tidy the beds . Delivery service (extra cost) of groceries is also available.

NOTE: Accommodation in the bungalow is calculated per day, but the employee who attends during the stay is calculated per day, for example 07 days = 08 days.

IMPORTANT: The employee's day does not include beach service, it is restricted to breakfast and lunch at the BUNGALOW and housekeeping. And the office hours are from 8 am to 4 pm because there is no transport after that time for her to return home.

THE CONDOMINIUM

Our bangalow is next to the Club House, in front of the beach, with pools and other amenities. The condominium has 24 hour security and has a small village with warehouse, some restaurants, hotels, inns, private houses, internet access, pristine green areas, private airfield, Polo field and Golf course.

Other Activities: Kayaking, swimming, resting, fishing, swimming, hiking.

Guest access

Host has access to all bangalow, to the condominium club in general.

CLIMATE:

Like the sun, rain is also present throughout the year. Even the “drier” months are rainy. The good news is that the rains are usually temporary and the sun always reigns in the region.
